The ancients over eons of practice and meditation developed a simple sequence of movement and breath as a daily ritual which cleansed and vitalized body mind and spirit. They recognized the body as a sacred structure through which energy could be profoundly experienced. The Englishman who 'discovered' these rites in the twentieth century while living among the Tibetans, reputedly returned to his home place regenerated and youthful beyond recognition. This magical practice has been disseminated in the West since that time; however the power of the art has been diluted by the vagaries of interpretation in multiple publications.

Anne Lewis lives as a healer and teacher of yoga and meditation. Her Practice of Hatha Yoga is an-Ahata yoga of the breath and of the heart. The principles of tantra are deep in her inheritance. Anne became aware of a series of movements combined with conscious breath through her own contemplation and energy work. She later discovered their exquisite resemblance to the Tibetan Rites and has since received three additional rites crystallizing nine rites in entirety.

Anne is unique in her communication of The Rites. Her Hatha yoga is reverent of the power of the breath entwined with movement. This allows her to harness the thus enlivened Rites as a powerful tantric and mystical tool for regeneration and reconnection to the heart.

The Rites enter in our time as an exciting opportunity, through simple daily practice, to experience the universal breath. The nervous system is strengthened enabling the body to receive and store life giving prana in harmony with the rhythms and patterns of nature. The toxicity of blockages that can manifest as illness dissolves and a revelation of vitality aligns with our mental and spiritual clarity. This potent process is shared within a format that offers safety as the journey of cleansing work proceeds ultimately the inner light generated radiates outwardly.

The Complete Rites are Anne's gift, a series of nine simple movements with tantric breath, taught in a gentle and powerful environment, to be taken forth and embraced for a transformational life.
