Tibetan Rites

Originally termed the 'Five Rites of Rejuvenation', by author Peter Kelder in 1939, the Tibetans Rites were brought to the West by a retired British army colonel, who learned them from Tibetan monks in a secluded Himalayan hermitage. These Rites are potent, but simple poses and if performed daily lead to rejuvenation, flexibility, strength and a greater spiritual awareness.

Now a workshop is available for those who are seeking regeneration, strength, flexibility, tone and a balance of the mind, body and spirit.
